Junior Forecaster: Ryland is an excellent skier, who enjoys math and speaking Japanese

Ryland is a competitive skier and is looking forward to riding the snow as soon as possible. She is in 6th grade at Pacific Crest Middle School and enjoys studying math and Japanese. The math is very helpful when forecasting the weather and Ryland has a great teacher. Her fondness for Japanese is also due to her teacher, who makes learning that really hard language fun.

Once the snow starts you will find Ryland at Mt. Bachelor riding the snow.
