Junior Forecaster: Mariah enjoys art classes and playing basketball

Mariah is in the 6th grade at Cascade Middle School and enjoys art classes because of the variety of things you can do and make. Pottery and sewing are two favorites, but Mariah also likes lunch.

What she likes about the weather is that it is always changing and different. After this weekend is Groundhog Day and if it were up to her, we would have an early spring. In other words, the Groundhog will not see his shadow on February 2nd.

She also plays basketball and gave a shout out to the "Fever" today, her basketball team she plays on.
