Today will be partly to mostly cloudy as the region is expected to see snow over the mountains linger into the mid-morning time frame.  The High Desert has a slight chance of some light rain during the day, but not much to write home about.  The forecast is going to start trending drier and milder with highs in the 50s on Saturday then the 60s on Sunday.

Sunday will be partly cloudy and mild as the mercury in the thermometer rises to the low 60s.  Normal highs for this time of year are around the low to middle 50s so we push above that today.  The winds will be noticeable but not overwhelming as breezy conditions are likely.

Monday will be noticeably milder with highs near 70 in some spots.  There will be a decent amount of sunshine as a weak ridge of high pressure sets in for a spell.  The wind will be light, and the spring-like weather will begin.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be well above normal again as highs reach the low to middle 70s.  This will not last long as the rest of the week will be rainy and cooler.  The cooler air of Thursday and Friday will be about average for late March, the low to middle 50s.

The Cascades are going to have a slight chance of rain and snow each of the next several days.
