Snow Report: Rainy start to the week will push opening days back
An Atmospheric River is taking shape and will provide rainy weather for the Pacific Northwest. If the temperatures were colder this would be the feature that will kick start the season, but with temperatures well above freezing, it is melting the snow vs. adding to it.
