Snow Report: Sunny and mild day across the Cascades
Beautiful spring-like skiing conditions, but unfortunately, it is January. We have not seen any new snow across the region for quite a while, and the base numbers are reflecting that right now. The milder than normal air has been melting the snow each day, albeit a little bit, so our numbers are going in the wrong direction. There will be a cold air mass arriving in the area tomorrow, so we should stay firm with these numbers for the weekend. There is hope of some light snow next Wednesday, so we keep hope alive for more snow.
