KTVZ

Happy Wednesday!

Temperatures across Central Oregon begin more than 10 degrees cooler today, than Tuesday. If you’re headed out this morning, be prepared for slick and icy roads.

The current system we’ve been under clears slightly today for the morning and early afternoon, but we have a chance for scattered showers in the late afternoon. Wednesdays highs will rang from the low 40s to low 50s. Overnight lows will be above average, ranging in the mid- to high 20s.

Our skies will begin to clear in the early morning hours on Thursday, giving us partly sunny skies into Thursday afternoon.

For the extended forecast, there’s a chance of a rain-snow mix in the evenings through Sunday, with temperatures cooling to the high 30s on Saturday.
