High school Nordic ski teams take part in final race of season for Southern League skiers

It was a sunny snow day for high school Nordic ski teams on the Meissner Nordic ski trails on Saturday. It was the final race of the season for the Southern League skiers. More than 70 high schoolers were gliding on the snow, including students from Caldera, Mountain View, Ashland, Eugene and Bend high schools, part of the Oregon Interscholastic Ski Racing Association Nordic organization. Athletes participated in The Boss 5K Classic and 3 & 1K Relay, sponsored by Boss Performance.
