Uber driver urges caution by both passengers and drivers after Bend driver’s kidnap arrest
A Bend Uber and Lyft driver reacted Friday to a local Uber driver's arrest on a kidnap charge, urging caution on the part of both passengers and drivers -- and to act, "if something doesn't feel right."
