DCSO update: Missing, overdue Redmond-area woman has been found, reunited with her family

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) – The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office requested help from the public Friday afternoon regarding a missing and overdue Redmond-area woman. A few hours later, they said she had been found and reunited with her family.
Kelly Estella O’Brien, 58, had last been seen at the Redmond Super 8 Motel on SW 21st Place around 3:40 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, Sergeant Jason Wall said earlier.
O’Brien last was seen wearing a green jacket and tan ball camp, Wall said. She was believed to be driving her silver 2014 Toyota RAV4 SUV, with Oregon license plate 969 KXT.
In a brief update issued after 8 p.m. Friday, Lt. Jayson Janes said that O'Brien "has been located and reunited with her family."
