Bend Pride Coalition and SUS Magazine host Pride Festival in Drake Park

Hundreds of people were in Drake Park Saturday, sporting colorful outfits to kick-start Pride Month in Bend. People donned face paint and pride flags to celebrate Pride Month, and got to visit more than 70 vendors -- from getting a tattoo to enjoying foods like pizza and sushi. Last year, the festival was at COCC, with about 4,000 people. This year, there appeared to be many more people taking part in the festival. The event was put on by Bend Pride Coalition and SUS Magazine.
