British-Dutch track cycling drama builds before men’s keirin finale

The drama is building between track cycling powerhouse Great Britain and the Netherlands after Dutch rider Jan-Willem van Schip caused Oliver Wood to crash in the men’s Madison. This is a day after Great Britain’s Jack Carlin collided with Dutchman Jeffrey Hoogland.
