City of Bend kicks off Welcoming Week with Friday events

The City of Bend will have 10 Welcoming Week events spanning over the next 10 days. Welcoming Week is a collaboration between the city and the Oregon Community Foundation. $24,000 in funding is going toward the events, split between 15-20 organizations.
