Seat belt, child safety seat enforcement ‘blitz’ to begin

Law enforcement agencies across Oregon take part in a two-week seat belt and child safety enforcement "blitz," starting Monday. Redmond police Lt. Curtis Chambers said the goal is to educate, but citations are possible.
