New year, new adventures: Boys & Girls Club of Bend to open 2025 summer memberssip enrollment
BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend is excited to announce the 2025 BGCB Summer Membership application will be open on Wednesday, January 22, at 12 p.m.
Summer Membership is open to rising 1st graders through rising 8thgraders. For Summer Membership, BGCB is offering a full nine-week enrollment option, as well as 3 three-week enrollment option. Please note the full nine-week enrollment option will receive weighted priority in the lottery selection process.
Enrollment Details
BGCB will begin accepting applications on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 12pm on the MyClubHub Family Portal. The first round of offers will be sent out the week of February 5, 2025. Apply before February 3, 2025, to be considered in the first round of lottery offers
Financial Assistance
BGCB is committed to making its programs accessible to all families. Financial assistance is available on a sliding scale based on monthly rates and the financial and household data provided. Families seeking financial assistance must submit their 2024 1040 form or the two most recent pay stubs for each working adult in the household along with their application.
Summer Membership Costs
The costs for the 2025 summer session are as follows:
- 9- Week Membership $2870 before Sliding Scale Financial Assistance
- First 3- Week Membership (Tuesday, June 24-Thursday, July 10, 2025) $876 before Sliding Scale Financial Assistance
- Second 3- Week Membership (Monday, July 14- Friday, August 1, 2025) $1022 before Sliding Scale Financial Assistance
- Third 3- Week Membership (Monday, August 4- Friday, August 22, 2025) $1095 before Sliding Scale Financial Assistance
