Too Sweet Cakes celebrates reopening with a new menu that is sweeter than ever
BEND, Ore. (KTVZ)-- After years of tempting Central Oregon with their gourmet baked goods, Too Sweet Cakes is celebrating its grand reopening in Bend.
The upscale bakery, first established in 2018, had operated mostly through pickup orders for a while. Now, customers can once again step inside the shop to browse its menu of sweet treats. The bakery is open Thursday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Bakery manager Daeleah Shaeffer says the Bend location is putting an extra spotlight on one particular favorite.
“A lot of the focus is on the croissant donuts. You don't often see a donut that's giant in stature like that. Those ones are our specialty because they're basically a mix of croissants and donuts together. That's really the big focus at our Bend store,” Shaeffer told KTVZ News.
This time of year is one of the busiest for Too Sweet Cakes, with customers placing holiday pie orders and stocking up on desserts. The bakery is also introducing seasonal coffee and drinks to pair with its pastries, along with a line of Too Sweet merchandise for its biggest fans
