Furry Friend: Muriel is an easygoing senior cat!

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) - This week, we’re highlighting Muriel, a sweet senior cat who came to BrightSide Animal Center as a stray.

Muriel is easygoing and social, and she’s done well with kids, dogs and other cats.

“She loves to hang about,” said Hannah Loftis of BrightSide. “She does really great in new surroundings and new places. She adapts really easily as well.”

Muriel has early-stage chronic kidney disease, which can be managed with regular vet visits, a special diet and ongoing monitoring. She also had a full dental procedure recently and spent time in a foster home.

Muriel hasn’t had the easiest life, and the shelter hopes she’ll find a loving home where she can enjoy her golden years.
