Sunny & warm

KTVZ

-GOOD MONDAY MORNING, EVERYONE...

For the next couple of days we will enjoy the influence of a nice ridge of high pressure. While we may see a thin cloud or two today, we will also see plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60's and NW breezes will be gentle at 5-10 mph. Skies will stay mostly clear tonight. Lows will be scattered through the 30's and breezes will become light and variable after midnight.

Tuesday will be equally nice, but the high-pressure ridge will collapse quickly, making skies partly cloudy Tuesday night. The next system that moves in won't last long, but it will bring cooler temperatures and rain showers. Rain is likely much of the day Wednesday and Wednesday night. Highs will be in the low 60's. A chance of rain showers will stretch into Thursday morning, when the cloud cover starts to break up. Highs will stay in the low 60's. Look for partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies Friday, with highs back in the mid 60's. Highs will reach the low 70's Saturday, but those warm temps will be accompanied by a chance of showers. That chance of rain will continue Sunday, with highs in the upper 60's.
