Downtown Bend businesses prepare for Friday reopening

With some Oregon counties, including Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson reopening on Friday, business owners say they are excited to see their customers' faces in person again -- even partially covered with masks. However, they also advise customers their ways of doing business may not be the same, due to changes in accordance with the governor's guidelines.
