Deschutes River tube rental fee funds donated to watershed group

Bend's Tumalo Creek Kayak & Canoe has donated more than $25,000 in tube rental stewardship fees to the Upper Deschutes Watershed Council, which plans restoration projects that include addressing the impacts of river floaters.
