Fatal shooting at Portland office building ruled suspicious

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A fatal shooting at the Liberty Center office building has been ruled suspicious.

KATU-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2eWNGBd ) that Portland police were called to the building on Northeast Holladay Street at about 7:40 p.m. Saturday after someone was found dead in an office from an apparent gunshot wound.

Portland police say there’s evidence at the scene that indicates it was a homicide.

Police will release the person’s name after the medical examiner conducts an autopsy.
