Redmond School District honors classified team members

KTVZ

Redmond School District will celebrate Classified Team Member Appreciation Week the week of March 5-9. Celebrated the first week of March each year, the week is an opportunity to honor the many contributions classified team members provide the school district, Superintendent Mike McIntosh explained.

“Our classified team members range from instructional assistants in the classroom to our transportation, maintenance and custodial teams,” McIntosh said. “These hard working employees provide critical support toward our goal of providing a high quality education for all students, something we truly couldn’t achieve without their significant contributions.”

Redmond School District classified employees include: administrative support, custodians, data support, fiscal services, groundskeeping, instructional support, maintenance, nursing services, nutrition services, technology and transportation.

The RSD School Board will recognize district classified team members with a resolution during the board meeting on Wednesday.
