Some Ore. DMV offices reschedule drive tests

KTVZ

Because of road and weather conditions affecting much of Oregon, DMV has been rescheduling drive tests Monday and may need to do so again Tuesday .

Some of the affected offices may resume drive tests Monday afternoon, and a handful may conduct a scheduled drive test if the vehicle is equipped with a traction device, such as tire chains.

DMV will call to reschedule drive tests due to weather-related cancellations.

Most DMV offices are open for business. DMV suggests that you first check OregonDMV.com before visiting any field office in person, especially in winter weather conditions. Customers can complete some DMV business online or find out how to make their visit as efficient as possible.

People also can get updated travel information at Tripcheck.com or by calling the Oregon road report at 511 or 800-977-6368 .
