SEATTLE (AP) _ Marchex Inc. (MCHX) on Wednesday reported a loss of $414,000 in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Seattle-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 1 cent per share.

The advertising and marketing company posted revenue of $28.6 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $4 million, or 9 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $106.1 million.

In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company’s shares hit $4.03. A year ago, they were trading at $4.45.
