  1. Not droughts fault of low water volume, lack of good management. Long as I can remember water has been an issue, increased drought cycle frequency and agricultural needs to support growing population. Good management would have increased reservoir capacities decades ago. Politically there needs to be more restrictions on lawsuits. Lawyers representing special interest telling water managers when and how to do their job does not tide good.

    1. What good is a bigger reservoir when the existing ones aren’t remotely close to being full? Just going to conjure up some water out of nowhere?
