E-bike safety becomes a hot issue; roundtable held in Bend

Many Bend residents have complained about children misusing e-bikes in the city, a concern heightened after a recent tragedy. On Tuesday, a group led by State Representative Emerson Levy had a roundtable discussion of what can be done to improve safety.
