Groups gather outside courthouse during Cranston bail hearing

While a judge heard arguments and ruled against a requested release on bail by Ian Cranston in the fatal shooting of Barry Washington, members of Central Oregon Peacekeepers and civil rights organizations gathered outside the courthouse, then walked to a memorial at the downtown shooting scene.
