Cold and snow-packed

KTVZ

-GOOD THURSDAY MORNING, EVERYONE...

The storm center that brought us all the snow is moving southward. Storm activity will weaken and cold temperatures will remain. Scattered snow showers and flurries will stay with us through much of the day and into tonight. Highs will only reach the mid 20's and northerly breezes will be gentle at 5-10 mph. Tapering snow showers, partial clearing and patchy freezing fog tonight will be accompanied by lows dropping into single digits and gentle breezes out of the NW.

Skies that are mostly clear to partly cloudy will carry us into the weekend. So will patchy freezing fog in the morning, along with highs in the 20's and lows in the single digits and teens. A chance of snow showers will return Saturday night and hang around through Monday morning. Skies will stay partly to mostly cloudy going into next week. Highs will be in the upper 30's Monday and rise to around 40 through the middle of the week...warmer, but still a little below average.
