Changes are in store

Happy Thursday, Central Oregon!

Skies will stay mostly clear Thursday night.

Lows will dip into the 20s and breezes will remain calm.

Friday will be our transition day.

Temperatures will stay quite mild, but the cloud cover will increase over the course of the day.

Rain showers will develop in the evening, and as overnight lows drop back into the 20s, showers will turn to snow.

Snow and mixed showers are expected to continue into Saturday and Saturday night.

A chance of snow showers will carry into Sunday, as highs are only expected to reach the upper 20s to low 30s.

Lows will plunge into single digits and low teens.

Some partial clearing will carry us into the middle of next week, but we are not expecting daytime highs to get back to normal until after the middle of next week.
