Junior Forecaster: Third-grader Paula loves the rain, enjoys the puddles

This week, our Junior Forecaster is Paula, a third-grade student at Bear Creek Elementary School. Paula loves the rain and enjoys playing in the puddles with her dog and getting a bit muddy. I'm not sure how much her parents like cleaning up the muddy paw and foot prints, but it sure is fun to play in the rain.

Paula is also not a big fan of the colder air, but she does like the "chill" of winter.
