Windy Wednesday before a warmup

Wednesday will bring cloudy skies and temperatures right around average for this time of the year. We'll be topping out in the low to high 50s across Central Oregon.

Wednesday will also be a windy one, with wind gusts expected around 20 miles an hour out of the west in the early afternoon, moving to the north/northeast in the evening.

We also have a 20% chance for rain showers on the High Desert, but that ends around 11 a.m.

Thursday we'll be waking up to clear conditions that stick with us through Friday evening.

We have a huge warmup in store as well, topping out in the 70s on Friday before clouds start to roll back into the region.
