Sunny skies on Sunday, but rain is in our future

Sunday has brought beautiful bluebird skies on the High Desert, kicking off a short warming trend.

Today we topped out in the 60s across the board, which is above average for this time of the year.

These mostly clear conditions should stick with us through the rest of Sunday night through Tuesday.

Monday will be a warm one, with some cities like Redmond and Madras expected to hit temperatures in the low 70s. La Pine and Sisters have about a 20% chance at seeing some showers after 11 a.m.

On Wednesday, rain is expected in Central Oregon, with a chance of showers Wednesday evening.
