Early fog possible with mostly clear conditions expected

Happy Friday, Central Oregon.  Outside of the potential for some continued foggy conditions early today, we do expect the forecast to give way to partly sunny conditions by later today.

High Pressure overhead is the primary forecast feature and it should result in slightly above average temperatures until the next expected weather disturbance Saturday into Sunday, bringing a pop of widespread precipitation, pass-level snowfall, and gusty winds.

Winds early this morning are light and variable but becoming more active out of the South in the 5 to 10 mph range by early afternoon.  Air quality has improved slightly and is in the moderate range across the High Desert

Highs today will be in the middle to upper 50s and lows will be in the 30s. Enjoy the end of your work week!
