Chilly NYE with late night snow to ring in the New Year

Happy New Year's Eve!

Today we'll see a mix of clouds and sunshine, transitioning to increasing cloud cover later in the day. High temperatures will reach the 30s across the region. Patchy fog may affect visibility this Tuesday morning in some areas.

While the day remains mostly dry and chilly, light snow showers are expected to move in before midnight. Please drive responsibly out there on the roads tonight, especially with the possibility of slick roads.

Overnight lows will be dropping into the teens and 20s.

Snowfall will be light, but the mountain passes will be slick and difficult to navigate. The snow should taper off by noon on Wednesday.

We have a wet week ahead with high temperatures ranging from the low to middle 40s.

See you in 2025!
