Temperatures are starting to cool down a bit, getting back into the upper 50s and low 60s this afternoon. We’ll see highs drop into the low 50s on Saturday before we start to get warmer again. Sunday’s highs will jump back into the upper 50s and low 60s. Much warmer temperatures are expected next week–plan for 60s and 70s all week! It’s layering season.

It looks like there’s a chance for storms to develop east and southeast of us later this afternoon, but will miss our region entirely.

Central Oregon will remain dry for the long term. Clouds will roll in and out at times, but you can expect mostly sunny conditions for the next seven days. Quiet, comfortable, and sensible is what we’ll call the forecast.

Happy Friday! Have a great weekend.
