Warm Sunday, tracking a chance of isolated storms
Happy Saturday!
We're off to a beautiful start this Memorial Day Weekend, with plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures ranging from the 70s to 80s. I wish I could say this weather would stick around all weekend, but some changes are on the way.
We’ve issued a Local Alert Weather Day Sunday into early Memorial Day due to the potential for isolated thunderstorms developing in the afternoon and continuing into the night.

There will be some lingering showers and a few storms early Monday, but we’ll mainly see light rain over the mountains.
Tomorrow will be another warm day with temperatures rising into the low 80s. As the day moves along, clouds will develop ahead of the storms. If you’re planning to spend sometime outside, just be alert. If thunder roars, go indoors.
Isolated showers are possible overnight into Memorial Day, but they should taper off by early morning. The rest of the day will bring a mix of clouds and sunshine, with cooler daytime highs in the low 70s.
Starting Tuesday, the short work week will be mainly warm and dry with highs in the upper 70s and low to middle 80s under partly to mostly cloudy skies.
The warm and sunny pattern will continue through the next few days.
Enjoy the holiday weekend and stay safe!
