Cool but dry through the weekend, mild again next week
Bend, OR (KTVZ) -
Rain is tapering off and clearing out today but clouds will stick around for a little while longer. Look for skies to be partly to mostly cloudy today and tomorrow but clear to mostly sunny by Sunday.
The cool temperatures will also continue through the weekend. Plan for highs in the 50s and 60s through the weekend. If you have plans to go to Fall Fest this weekend in Bend, temperatures will be in the 50s for the majority of the night–dress appropriately.
Overnight temperatures will get chilly this weekend. A cold front passes through Saturday which will bring in a pocket of cold air and have those low temperatures dropping into the 20s and 30s across the board. Many areas will be near or sub-freezing. Dress warm for that Sunday breakfast or early morning coffee run!
Next week a new system will move in and heat afternoon temperatures back into the 60s and lower 70s. We look dry for the next 5-7 days but the 7-10 day forecast could see chances for rain return and maybe some mountain snow. It is a little far away to be sure but here is my “heads up.”
Have a happy Friday and an even better weekend.
