Warming pattern, early rain Wednesday, dry Halloween
(KTVZ, Bend Ore.) The cold and wet pattern from the weekend is coming to an end. The mountain snow and mix that occurred Saturday and Sunday has ended. The cold pattern that accompanied the precipitation is coming to an end as well.
After a chilly day today, we can now look forward to some milder air. The highs on Tuesday will hit the low 60s under mostly sunny skies. Late in the day we could see a few clouds arriving from the west ahead of some light rain and mountain snow.
The wet pattern will be short lived an should end before the sun rises on Wednesday. Overall, the showers will be a mix of rain and snow over the Cascades, and may translate to some early morning drizzle in Eastern Deschutes and Jefferson Counties.

Wednesday will be slightly cooler than Tuesday due to the early morning clouds and a weak cold front that was associate with them. Highs are still expected to reach the upper 50s.
Thursday will be a couple degrees cooler although we will see plenty of sunshine. A northerly flow of wind will usher in some cooler air with a bit of a breeze as well.
Halloween will be quiet and dry ahead of some rain slated for Saturday. Currently the forecast has the area getting into the middle 60s before some rain arrives early Saturday and will linger into Sunday morning. Temperatures will be in the 60s when the rain arrives, so it will be rain and not a wintry mix.
