Early clouds with clearing skies into the afternoon, near normal temperatures

Bend, OR (KTVZ) -

I am tracking rain to the northwest and over the mountains this morning as a weak cold front passes. Most of the rain won’t be able to make it over the mountains, but there is a chance for an early sprinkle for areas along the eastern slopes. Otherwise, a cloudy morning. Clouds will clear and this afternoon will end up mostly sunny.

Temperatures will be near normal today and tomorrow. Plan for highs in the 50s.

An upper level high pressure will build heading into the weekend which will have temperatures jumping into the upper 50s and low to middle 60s for a few days.

Halloween is expected to stay dry, but will be a little cloudy as the region sets up for rain over the weekend. Weekend rain chances have dropped, but there is still a chance late Saturday and early Sunday for a few passing showers.

Happy Wednesday! Have a wonderful day.
