Sunny and dry Friday, back to seasonal temps

KTVZ-TV

A chilly start to your Friday! Overnight lows dropped into the teens and 20s under mostly clear skies, so make sure to grab a warm jacket before you head out the door.

We’ll keep mostly sunny skies today as temperatures cool a bit, with afternoon highs in the mid 40s.
Winds will stay light and variable for the next several days.

Central Oregon remains under an Air Stagnation Advisory through Tuesday. With stagnant air near the surface, pollutants can become trapped, which may lead to air quality concerns.

An Air Quality Alert is also in effect this morning until 7am.

Not much changes this weekend or into next week. Highs rise back into the 50s Saturday and Sunday as the quiet, dry pattern continues. It should be a nice weekend for any outdoor plans.

By the middle of next week, there’s a slight chance for rain/snow showers to return. We’ll have a better idea as we get closer.
