Mild conditions continue as clocks spring forward Sunday

Central Oregon will see mostly sunny skies through the weekend, in the upper 50s to mid-60s. Daylight Saving time beings early Sunday morning, so don't forget to set your clocks forward one hour before bed Saturday night. A cooler pattern returns early next week with increasing clouds and a slight chance of rain or snow by Tuesday.
