Lingering showers & gusty winds for Earth Day, dry pattern ahead

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - It’ll be a cooler Wednesday, with below normal highs only reaching the mid 40s to low 50s. Winds will pick up this afternoon, with gusts around 20 to 25 mph.

Light rain is making a return, with some lingering showers expected across Central Oregon during the day.

Skies will clear overnight, allowing temperatures to drop into the 20s and low 30s.

The next few days look great for outdoor plans as a dry pattern sets in starting tomorrow.

Expect sunny skies Thursday, with highs in the mid to upper 50s. We’ll warm a few more degrees Friday as the dry, mild pattern continues.

The weekend looks pleasant, with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s. Some spotty showers are possible Sunday and Monday. Conditions will be dry and quiet by Tuesday with highs in the mid 60s.
