Local Alert Weather, Wed. AM, 7.25.18
Good Wednesday Morning, Everyone…
A very modest amount of moisture moving in from the SSW brought us a few overnight clouds, but most of that will clear out leaving us with another hot, sunny day. Highs will reach the mid to upper 90’s. Gentle NW breezes will get a little gusty during the late afternoon and evening. Those breezes become light and variable tonight. Under clear skies, overnight lows will be in the 50’s.
Our average daytime high for this date is 88 degrees. Though that is warm enough for many, we will see our temps staying well above that average for the next several days. After a couple of days near 100 degrees we will see temps settle into the mid 90’s through the coming weekend. With the exception of the smoke in the air our skies will remain clear, as well.
Smoke in the air will be a factor for us until the wildfires have been extinguished. Air quality will vary depending upon your location and wind direction.
