Pet Pals: Frosty is a warm-hearted arrival from Oklahoma

Frosty is one of three recent arrivals at the Humane Society of Central Oregon from a crowded Oklahoma shelter. And like her sister and the other animals, adoption fees are 50% off this weekend.
