Local Alert Weather – Thurs. PM
Happy November, everyone!
Tonight our skies are gradually clearing and we’re seeing some blue skies to wrap up the day. Winds will be breezy at times. Overall tonight we’ll see mostly clear skies with some high clouds. Temperatures will be in the upper 30s and low to mid 40s for overnight lows.
By the early morning hours tomorrow right before sunrise we’ll see some rain showers push down from the northwest. The Cascades will see some rain showers first before Central Oregon gets in on the action. A few light showers are expected through the first half of the day.
Friday will see windy conditions overall. Gusts will be about 40 miles per hour, so I would secure any garbage cans or loose items. Temperatures will be a few degrees cooler than today in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Partly sunny skies are expected with light rain showers off and on for the mountains.
Overnight into Saturday we’ll see temperatures near the freezing level in the upper 20s and low to mid 30s. Saturday sees partly sunny skies with highs in the mid to upper 50s. Mostly cloudy skies are ahead for Saturday and we’re expected to be dry.
Sunday brings a chance for showers during the day, so expect some rain during the day. Highs will be in the low to mid 50s.
Temperatures will be chilly to start next week in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Next week is looking dry.
