Local Alert Weather – Tues. PM

KTVZ

Happy Election Day, everyone!

Tonight will be a calm one for the weather. Temperatures will be cold this evening if you’re headed out the door. Make sure to bundle up tonight and tomorrow morning. Winds will gust around 10 miles per hour through the end of the evening.

We’ll see mostly clear skies through the overnight into tomorrow. Overnight lows will fall into the mid to upper teens and lower 20s. Temperatures will begin the day about 10 degrees below average. Some areas of frost are likely for the early morning and we could see some slick spots.

Mostly sunny skies are ahead for Wednesday. We’ll start the day with some clouds, but are expected to see that sunshine through the afternoon. Highs will be the coolest of the week in the mid to upper 40s, which is below average.

As we head into Thursday we’re still looking at cold temperatures. We’ll see mostly sunny skies, so it should be beautiful across the High Desert! Highs will slowly climb into the low to mid 50s by the end of the week.

Teens will wake us up for the next few mornings as well, so dress warmly as you head out the door.

The weekend will see average temperatures in the low 50s. We’ll see dry conditions and partly cloudy skies.
