Good Morning Central Oregon, and Happy Thanksgiving

We have the potential for some big changes over the next couple of days. There’s a chance for more snow for higher elevations, including La Pine, Sunriver and south of Bend. Temperatures today will be around average, in the low- to mid-50s.

For your Thanksgiving, you can expect rain and wind. Sustained winds out of the south 15-20 miles per hour with gusts up to 40 miles per hour. The air stagnation advisory has been extended until noon today.

Tonight’s lows will be above average, ranging from the the high 20s to the mid-30s.

On Friday, there’s a chance for a rain-snow mix in the higher elevations later in the day and extending into Friday evening.

You can expect a dry weekend with partly sunny skies and temperatures in the high 40s. A chance of rain returns on Monday with highs expected to be in the high 40s to low 50s.
