Deschutes NF closing offices for National Day of Mourning

KTVZ

The Deschutes National Forest’s Supervisor’s Office and all Ranger District offices will be closed on Wednesday for a National Day of Mourning as a mark of respect for George H.W. Bush, the 41st president of the United States.

Normal business hours will resume at all offices on Thursday.

Christmas tree permits may be purchased when the offices are closed from vendors found on the Deschutes National Forest’s website: www.fs.usda.gov/deschutes.
