Local Alert Weather, Mon. AM, 3-11-19
Good Monday Morning, Everyone…
The advance of the next winter storm system will steadily increase our cloud cover over the course of the day. Highs will reach the mid 40’s and southerly breezes will be gentle at 5-10 mph. That increasing cloud cover will deliver a chance of some late day mixed showers that will turn to a chance of snow showers as overnight lows range from the mid 20’s to low 30’s. Breezes will remain gentle out of the south.
We can expect to see scattered mixed showers throughout Tuesday as highs reach the low 40’s. It will also be a bit on the breezy side as this rapid moving system passes across the Pacific NW. We will be under mostly sunny skies through the middle of the week. While we are expecting to see a modest increase in clouds Friday and then again on Sunday, we are also expecting to stay dry for several days. Daytime highs will be in the mid to upper 40’s and overnight lows will be in the mid to upper 20’s.
