Local Alert Weather, Fri. AM, 5-31-19
Good Friday Morning, Everyone…
A large low pressure center that has locked down over central and southern California has created a deep trough that will allow moisture to be pulled back to Central Oregon. That combined with highs close to 80 degrees will give us another day of potential showers and thunderstorms. Breezes will be gentle out of the north. Calm winds will accompany partial clearing and lows in the 50’s tonight.
These conditions will repeat on Saturday. Sunday will see sunnier skies as we witness a change in the air flow pattern. Highs will be in the mid 80’s with gentle breezes out of the NW. This will mark the beginning of a string of sunny days. Highs through next week will stay in the mid to upper 70’s .
