Shooting that wounded 4 in Ohio is the second to occur at a Walmart in 24 hours

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (AP) — Police say a gunman opened fire inside a Walmart in Ohio and wounded four people before killing himself, the second shooting in 24 hours at a store operated by the retail giant. The attack happened Monday in the Dayton suburb of Beavercreek. Police said Tuesday that 20-year-old Benjamin Charles Jones, of Dayton, walked into the store at about 8:30 p.m. wielding a 45-caliber Carbine long gun. Police say they are investigating the shooter’s motive. Four victims, three women and a man, are recovering at area hospitals. The shooting came a day after two were killed outside a Walmart in south Anchorage, Alaska.
